By accessing and using the services provided by Transito AE, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
Transito AE provides bus transportation services throughout the United Arab Emirates. Our services include regular scheduled routes, charter services, airport transfers, and tourist routes.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
- Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or authorized agents
- All bookings are subject to availability
- Confirmation is required for all reservations
- Valid identification may be required for certain services
3.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- All prices include applicable taxes and fees
4. Passenger Responsibilities
4.1 Conduct
Passengers must:
- Arrive at designated pickup points on time
- Follow all safety instructions and regulations
- Respect other passengers and staff
- Not engage in disruptive or dangerous behavior
- Comply with UAE laws and regulations
4.2 Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited on our vehicles:
- Hazardous materials and substances
- Weapons of any kind
- Illegal substances
- Large or oversized luggage (without prior arrangement)
- Pets (except certified service animals)
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Passenger Cancellations
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before departure: Full refund
- Cancellations made 12-24 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
5.2 Service Cancellations
If we cancel a service due to circumstances beyond our control, passengers will receive a full refund or alternative transportation arrangements.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Our Liability
- We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all passengers
- Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law
- We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Lost or damaged luggage claims must be reported immediately
6.2 Passenger Liability
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to our vehicles or property due to their actions or negligence.
7. Schedule Changes and Delays
While we strive to maintain punctual service:
- Schedules are subject to change due to operational requirements
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify passengers of significant changes
- We are not liable for consequential damages due to delays
- Alternative arrangements may be provided when possible
8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Compliance with Laws
All passengers must comply with:
